CASCO CONSTRUCTION LTD is the name behind many of Dar es Salaam and mainland Tanzanias’ most advanced and prestigious facilities. CASCO Construction Ltd is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered under the Companies Ordinance Cap 212 of the Laws and by the Contractors Registration Board as a Building Contractor Class I and as a Civil Engineering Contractor Class III.
Since 2002, we have been providing our client with reliable solutions to their most complex construction challenges. CASCO carries out its Construction activities in all areas of civil engineering and building. A Dar es Salaam based general contractor and Construction Management Company; we specialize in commercial, industrial and tenant improvement construction, with a particularly strong performance in concrete tilt-up. Our expertise spans a wide range- from pre-construction services to complete turn-key construction projects.
Our History
CASCO Construction was founded and incorporated in 2002. We are a privately held corporation in Dar Es Salaam. With projects completed in commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, religious, correctional and water/wastewater treatment facilities, for public and private clients. Throughout our history, we have been praised by clients for our attention to detail and our ability to provide knowledge driven and cost saving solutions for the most complex construction projects. We apply our expertise to a broad spectrum of construction Management and General Contracting.

Corporate Offices
Casco has instituted an in-house recycling program, including recycling paper products, aluminum cans and plastic containers, empty ink cartridges as well as purchasing recycled office supplies. Energy management has always been a focus for Casco. Reducing energy costs has been a long term program and vigilant stewardship that has been handed down through generations of Casco leadership.
